A proud Colorado native, Dez Kaza was born and raised in Northeastern Colorado and has called the Fort Collins area home for over 14 years. With nearly six years of experience in the lending industry as a loan officer assistant and processor, Dez brings a strong background in both precision and client care. Before transitioning into lending, she spent a decade in the dental field, where attention to detail and top-tier service were key.
Dez is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and is known for her ability to meet and exceed deadlines without compromising service quality. Whether working through complex loan files or supporting clients through the lending process, Dez is committed to ensuring each step feels seamless and supported.
Outside of work, you’ll often find Dez soaking up Colorado sunshine on a patio with a margarita or an IPA in hand. She enjoys spending her free time with her son—whether they’re cheering at sporting events, exploring new places, or making memories through travel and shared experiences.
